Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kids Gate, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality products for mothers, babies, and children. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy below.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched for delivery. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy. Kids Gate reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded in full.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to the following conditions: • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
• The product must not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to: • Opened feeding products
• Personal care items
• Baby hygiene products
• Underwear and intimate wear
• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing photographs of the product and packaging. Upon verification, Kids Gate will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Shipping charges and delivery fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges

Items eligible for return may be exchanged for the same product, subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Kids Gate is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
