Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched for delivery. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy. Kids Gate reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded in full.Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to the following conditions: • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.• The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
